Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise it, you must inform us —

— by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts supplying digital content not on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance, provided you have

• expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
• acknowledged that by giving that consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Because your credit code is issued immediately after payment, performance begins at once. In practice this means: a code you have not used at all can still be refunded as a gesture of goodwill — just write to us. Once you have talked with it, the service has been delivered.

Nothing here takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
